Any products that are returned for a refund must be in their original condition. A 10% return/restocking fee will be deducted from your refunded amount. Non physical products such as, but not limited to, Electronic Books, MP3 Files and all other Copyrighted Material must be deleted within 7 days from the refund request. Vision Works Publishing will replace damaged products. Shipping/Handling on all orders is nonrefundable. The Client is responsible for all Shipping/Handling on any returned products and/or materials. VWP will not reimburse the Client for these fees. Coaching packages are non-refundable.
